A three ballpark trip! We had a great week in Chicago with a quick day trip via train to Milwaukee for a Brewers game. We saw just enough to Milwaukee to know we want to go back when we have more time to explore.
Our best meal of the trip was when we happened upon Bongiorno's Pizza right on the river. Having a crepe at the Nutella Cafe was a treat. Cullen loved getting to personalize his own Nutella jar with his name on the label.
We hadn't been to Shedd Aquarium since the kids were little so we made a stop there one day. A great way to get inside on a hot day. We love the walk from the aquarium back along the water to pass Buckingham Fountain and the Bean.
We all loved Wrigley Field. So much history. I don't think we've ever been to a ballpark with the friendly neighborhood vibe of the area around Wrigley.
Chicago has become one of our favorite places to visit and we can't wait to go back.
